肖建,男,教授,博士研究生导师。泰山学者青年专家,山东省杰出青年基金获得者, 山东省青年科技领军人才,山东省高层次人才惠才卡获得者,青岛市高层次人才绿卡获得者,山东省青年科技奖获得者。1981年6月生,山东昌乐人,中共党员。2002年本科毕业于曲阜师范大学,2005年硕士毕业于南开大学,2009年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学。2009-2010年在南洋理工大学从事博士后研究。2010-2012年在中国科学院大连化学物理研究所任副研究员。2013-2014年在美国加利福尼亚州The Scripps Research Institute做博士后研究。2012年9月以高层次人才引进至必威工作,现为betway必威西汉姆联官网功能有机分子团队负责人和有机化学学科带头人, 山东省优秀硕士论文指导教师, betway必威西汉姆联官网优秀学士论文指导教师, betway必威西汉姆联官网研究生创新计划指导教师, 国家老员工创新创业训练计划指导教师。中国化学会会员,山东省青年科技创新协会会员,山东省高端化工产业委员会秘书长,山东省化学化工学会监事会监事,betway必威西汉姆联官网化学工艺二级学科硕士点负责人。迄今为止,已经在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Sci.等国际顶尖或权威期刊上发表SCI论文80篇,ESI高被引论文13篇,他引总次数超过2000次,最高单篇他引超过300次。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、泰山学者青年专家项目、山东省杰出青年基金等项目12项,授权国际PCT专利2项, 授权国内发明专利24件,受邀撰写英文综述8篇,主编英文学术著作一部。首位或独立先后荣获Asian Core Program Lectureship Award、山东省自然科学二等奖,山东省青年科技奖、山东省高等学校科学技术一等奖、山东省自然科学学术创新奖、长和国际奖教学金、中国科学院大连化学与物理研究所科技创新奖等荣誉。2022年入选美国斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World's Top 2% Scientists 2022)并入围全球前2%顶尖科学家终身科学影响力排行榜。

课题组简介
功能有机分子实验室成立于2013年3月,致力于发展绿色高效的物质转化合成方法学及功能有机分子的设计合成及应用。以绿色化学为核心,发展原子经济性的绿色有机合成化学。具体包括:(1)发展氢迁移策略的碳氢键活化及官能化反应;(2)新试剂制备及新反应发现;3. 新催化剂设计及新催化体系建立;4. 药物合成新工艺新路线开发;5. 活性分子活性评价,发现先导化合物。实验室面积400 m2,课题组成员教授1名,副教授2名,讲师1名,研究生14人,本科生10人。实验室拥有500M核磁共振仪、高效液相色谱仪、高效气相色谱仪、气相-质谱联用仪、旋光仪、低温反应仪以及常规有机合成设备,具备承担各项基础研究与应用研究的条件。本课题组热烈欢迎各高校、科研院所及企业与我们在功能分子的合成及应用等方面进行广泛的交流与合作。热烈欢迎优秀的本科生报考本课题组的研究生!热烈欢迎有志于投身科研事业的优秀博士加入我们的团队!
